Yay! I'm glad I surprised you and that you like my drawing! I have NO confidence in my drawing at all and really have to mentally give myself permission to be bad at it before I can stand to put pen to paper. But ... I did think the ATC's turned out kind of cute so I thought I'd share. One of my partners commented that her husband said it was "great." Totally made my day! I suppose I will keep trying this artistic crafty stuff ... ;-)
BSL sucks. Calgary, Alberta has a great responsible dog ownership model with high rates of compliance with licensing and a great reduction in dog bites because ... wait for it ... they went into schools and taught kids not to approach strange dogs, and the best ways to interact with dogs in general. Hmm. That's an idea!
BTW, don't encourage me. I'd love to adopt a bunny but the ark already feels pretty full!
So glad the letter got to you ... I just checked yesterday with the person I'd sent the original to, and she hasn't got it! I think I didn't put enough postage on it :-(
I laughed at your comment about your landlady - I'm pretty sure my landlords aren't thrilled about the fact that I've filled the house with kitties! (My landlords are my parents ;-P )

But I know LA has pitbulls - I met some very nice ones in NOLA when I was there. One of them was named Mailbox. Isn't that great?

Yup! It's a peacock feather eye; just a random Google images pic, and it was prettier before it got shrunk to icon size. I need to find a better one!
