I'm one of your partners for "Leave A Nice Comment #5" I can imagine with 3 boys your life gets pretty busy at times. I also like the color purple, but a light purple. I think that is great that your learning to quilt, I have done a little here and there but would love to get better at it...It sounds like betweent work, the kids, and your hobbies you keep quite busy.

I also <3 Renaissance Faires - King Richard's in MA is a really great one, as is the Upstate NY one (I forget the name of it now but I went last summer and have the picture of myself shoving a turkey leg into my mouth to prove it :) ). I am also a Star Wars fan although I was young when the original came out :) Very young. One of the first movies I remember seeing in theatres is Return of the Jedi. That's great that your kid plays sax - have you ever heard of a style of music called "ska"? It's my favorite...it's punk but they incorporate horns into the music A LOT and it sounds great...I want to learn trumpet :) Have a great day!

Karry, thanks for your comment. I also have an ancient Singer! My Mom just had it fixed for me ( I was so disgusted with it; the bobbin kept snagging) so I am back to sewing! Good luck with your costume project.
