Thank you for 2 wonderful tag postcards I received today. The Mackinac fudge recipe reminds me of my first chemistry class in college. My professor used the complex chemistry of fudge-making to illustrate more than a few basic concepts and explained why it's so hard to make good fudge. And the AK mountains vintage card is wonderful - I agree that living in the flats is hard. Not so hard for me as it is for you - MN's highest point is 322 feet higher than that of MI.
