Hi, I understand what you mean by void in your life. I move to Utah and have no friends or people with similar interest so I got into swapping and such and found many good friends that way. Although it still feels a bit lonely sometimes. Hope you find many wonderful friends here on swap-bot.

Greeting from another paper crafter :) Read your profile and the line that stuck in my head is at the very botttom of it, saying: "I really am not sure why the years seem to be on steriods as I get older, but they sure seem to be!!". I have a same feeling watching my daughter who is 4 now and wishing she remains as innocent as she is now forever :) But of course, it's not possible or good. Life is about growing up and constant changes and all we can do is enjoy these moments, capture and keep memories of them.
Glad to read that you put aside everything for your family, and you're totally right about that. They are most important people in your life. (And swaps can always wait a bit ;)
