I have been a stamper for over 30 years and love creating. I enjoy card making, junk journaling, tags, ATC’s, bookmarks, Tags, faithdex, collage scrapbooking and bible/hymn journaling. I have a whole room dedicated to this craft. I have an extensive collection of stamps and various supplies and accessories. I love trying new techniques, color schemes, layouts, embellishments. I like adding heat embossing, die cuts, punches, using embossing folders, all kinds of embellishment, acrylic paint and using distress inks. And oxides and alcohol inks. I use many tools for adding color: Ranger inks/markers/paints/stains/crayons, Copic markers, watercolor pencils, watercolor paints, colored pencils, and Gelatos. Newest technique I’m trying is gelli printing. I have many styles.

I enjoy sharing and teaching this hobby over the years. I love encouraging others with cards and keeping in touch with family and friends with snail mail. Photography is another hobby of mine. I like to hike and enjoy waterfalls.

Favorite color is pink. I like vintage, lace, shabby chic style.

I enjoy quilting, knitting and crocheting. I like to work with natural fiber either wool or cotton. I enjoy making Afghans, scarfs, sweaters, fingerless gloves and even dish rags. Have an embroidery machine and wanting to spend time learning to use it on bucket list. I have been creating soy candles, and aromatherapy such as soap, bath bombs and lip gloss etc. I’m also a tea drinker and red wine occasionally.

I love books. A couple of my favorite are: “Kisses from Katie”, “1,000 Gifts by Ann Vanskomp”, and “Twenties Girl” by Sophia Kensella. I like to read and newly started to listen to audible books so I can multi task. I enjoy Christian music. But I also enjoy country and jazz. I watch a little tv if I can multi task while doing so, who doesn’t like HGTV or the Hallmark channel.

I love flowers and this quote: “I must have flowers always, and always.” By Claude Monet. I have so many, many favorites I don’t think I can choose just one, but if I have to I know it’s so common but garden roses are at the top of the list.

I enjoy collecting vintage lace and crochet trim. I like Washi tape vintage style, old music sheet paper and ephemera.

I like quotes, inspirational/encouraging sayings, scripture verses and positive affirmations . I’m collecting vintage photographs and postcards. Learning photoshop and creating digital art.

I have two grown children and I enjoy women’s bible studies. I enjoy baking deserts and Dutch oven bread. I’m starting a new hobby with Kombucha brewing to enhance health benefits.

I enjoy looking at Pinterest, Instagram and watching u-tube tutorial videos for inspiration.

I’m thankful, grateful and blessed. I also listen to sermons on-line from “The Chapel at Crosspoint”, are inspiring.

Looking forward to swapping ATC’s, bookmarks/tag art, handmade greeting cards and postcards and getting some happy mail to balance out all that “other stuff”.
