Because doing P90 has to increase the muscle which weighs more. Do not let the scale defeat you. You are absolutely beautiful and are working so hard. Forget the number and look at your before picture. Look at how much better you breathe, look at the fact that you are at this EVERY single day just about and your health is extremely a priority. That scale doesn't mean shit.
I hope you got a bunch of rest. I didn't but had a great dream so I'm feeling pretty good this morning. Maybe it was the insane amount of fruits and veggies yesterday and I must have had a gallon of water.

Jiffy cornbread in the blue box is the best. YUM. I am so glad to hear how he has been. It takes a lot of soul to say you're wrong or you're sorry. It is admirable to me that he's taken this road cause I was worried for awhile there. That's the beauty of real love. It won't always be rosey and rainbows but you stick in it when the going gets tough and that is a strong example to set for your kids too. :)
