Alter one postcard by adding whatever you want (paint, collage, words, markers, stickers). Use any store-bought or free postcard, artistic, advertising, informational - as long as the base is NOT a handmade postcard. Do not cover the finished “art” with clear plastic tape. Mailed “naked” or in clear plastic.
