Description:
Using a postage stamp either used or unused create something different with it. On an ATC use what ever the stamp is, create a scene or a person with it using cutouts from magazines or your drawing. . Use the whole stamp such as pictured above. Send one ATC to one swapper. Make sure you add your profile name and name of swap on back of a sturdy card you used for this. Remember to rate so swapper knows you received it. Enjoy!
