Description:
You don't have to write a letter! You will have one partner and create that partner a pocket letter, but the letter is optional. The theme is Valentine's. Please make a nice 9 pockets with time and effort. This is USA only. The extras that you tuck in can be flat to keep postage low. You need to have completed 25 type 3 swaps, they need to be rated. This is my first time hosting a pocket letter, if you see something I've overlooked please pm me.
