So you can draw, paint, collage, cut from newspaper, rubber stamp and embellish at will a woman with a big beautiful hat on, or a small and ugly hat on or a baby in a bonnet Of course the ATC should be 3.5" X 2.5" on a sturdy background paper, like a cereal box cut to size.
