You clicked on the swap. Good. Now that that is out of the way. We're going to do a round robin writing swap! Hooray! The basics. (This is round one, so everyone is starting, but I am going to type out the full instructions to save me effort later and so you all know the protocol.) Starting-Take a piece of paper. Lined notebook paper or plain printer paper are both fine. Continuing-when you receive a story, read what has been written and add to it. You can add 5-8ish sentences. (Basically, contribute, don't hog). Ending-if you get a story that is almost full (front and back) use your judgement. If it doesn't look like there is enough room for another person to contribute you can write a little extra to finish it off. Points-you can jump in at any time The more the merrier, but small groups are breeding grounds for in jokes and absurdities. And again, you don't have to be a writer. You just have to write. (look at me, I am a "writer" and this post is full of typos! psht) AddendumPlease post in the comments once you receive your story to work on so I know that we're good to start a new round, and also so I can get a feel for how long is needed between rounds to make sure everyone gets their thing in time. | |
