So is this sender's choice? Also if it cost more than 1 stamp will you get rated down? Also are we sending craft supplies or something new? Thanks........=0)

Ginny it is senders choice and could possible be rated down because it is a challenge and also there other detonations of stamps of stamps besides .49 so you could put next stamp up but ck with post office on what would cost to mail
