Comment: Thanks for the swap and the fun PC. I avoid storage units at all cost, since having to clean out my mother's three, 10'x12' units after she had to move to a home. It took me all summer of my 'spare' time and I can't even guess how much time I spent listing on eBay and making trips to GoodWill and the transfer station. In the end, I couldn't sell enough to pay for a month in the home.

Comment: I haven't seen it but I've heard of it. I can appreciate why 'new' movies are SO hard to understand. I thought it was just me, but a major problem with modern sound mixing is that the sound effects really ARE blaring, while the conversation is so quiet. Older movies are recorded so that people are constantly talking to hidden microphones and know how to project their voices, the same way stage actors do. It's such a lost quality!

Comment: It's great to hear from someone who is just as angry as I am. I feel like so many people just take what their being told at face value. I recently had an antibody test because my whole family (and school) was sick with all the symptoms in January. It came back negative but we later learned that they might not have tested it right so we still believe we had it. My mother is a pilot and had three people faint on her new years flight and then got sick with this mystery illness days later. She was on the real infection front lines and I believe we are in the second wave currently. I hope your business is safe and can open up soon. Also thanks for the postcard!

Comment: Barbara, thanks for the photo - it DID make me smile. Many years ago, my husband and I went to NO for our honeymoon! We had to stay 50 miles away (my husband hadn't gotten a room in advance!) because there was a convention of 50,000 Baptists in New Orleans! We had a good time - first time there for us both and we have never been back. Glad you had a good time!

Response: Don't give it! It takes practice. Hold it right up in front of your nose; stare at the image for a few seconds, then slowly start to move the card away from your nose. It was hard for me to make it out in the beginning, too!

Response: Hi, I'll have to look at the ink pads when I get home from vacation this weekend. It was nothing fancy. I used a large foam pad under the cards as I was stamping, to insure that the ink was distributed evenly on the images. I used to have a huge problem with uneven ink distribution on the images in the past, even when I used a brayer to apply the ink to the stamp. With the pad, I have much better results now. Barbara
